Halls Chophouse is one of Charleston’s finest restaurants and arguably the best steakhouse you’ll find on the Peninsula. It is recommended that you make a reservation. Halls has an extensive menu with daily specials and a dress code that requires a collard shirt and slacks for men and something fancy for the ladies. The steakhouse has two floors with a bar downstairs and live piano at night. The meals are expensive, with steaks ranging from twenty to ninety dollars. While the price might seem steep, the steaks are some of the best you will ever have in your life guaranteed. If steak isn’t your thing, Halls also serves fresh seafood, chicken, pork, and veal.
