Butcher and Bee is unique because local chefs rotate in preparing the food and the menu changes daily. For lunch, sandwiches are the speciality. Late night on a Friday or Saturday means you can grab something up until 3am. A place with a menu and specials that is guaranteed to be unlike anything else in Charleston.
